No matter how much money we have, we should all be able to live in a home we can afford. But greedy landlords are jacking up rents as high as they can, displacing families and forcing others into homelessness.

House Bill 1217 & Senate Bill 5222 would limit rent increases to 7% for existing tenants and give families six months notice of a rent increase to give them time to plan and budget.
